CarScope is a small family repair shop in Chesapeake, Virginia. We work on newer vehicles too, but we see a lot of folks struggling to keep their cars on the road, often just so they can keep their job. A small car shop owner who is taking care of his customers and watching out for their pocket-books is not likely going to get rich. At the end of the day, we don't have much extra either. But as mechanics, we certainly can get to work without a huge struggle. So, rather than take our good fortune for granted, we wanted to help folks in some way, so we started The Frugal Ride.
